This is the motto of the Air Cadet program and what we strive for! The cadets work towards advancing levels and achieving promotions based on leadership, attitude, attendance, drill, and volunteer work. The Wylie-Mitchell Air Cadets participate in many community service activities throughout the year with different organizations!
